How do I know what size to pick?
Every product page lists the piece's actual measurements, taken by hand, and the size guide shows how MAD sizing compares to current NL/DE sizes. Vintage sizing has never been consistent, so the measurements are the ones to trust.
What if it doesn't fit or isn't quite right?
You have 14 days to change your mind, no reason needed. Visit the right of withdrawal page to start a return.
Can I exchange it for another size instead?
Since every piece is one of a kind, there's no matching size to exchange it for. Return it within 14 days and you'll be refunded instead.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Once handed to the carrier, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically based on your country, and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, within the Netherlands and worldwide. Customs or import duties for shipments outside the Netherlands, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
Are the pieces really one of a kind?
Yes, every piece is a single unit. Adding it to your bag doesn't reserve it, only completing checkout does, so it can still sell to someone else while it's sitting in your bag.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment runs through Mollie: iDEAL, credit card, and other supported methods depending on your bank and country.
